
Join us for our annual city festival, aka:“Days In The Park”,
taking place on the first weekend of August every year in Chamberlin Park!
Enjoy Friday and Saturday nights filled with live bands, delicious food, refreshing beer, beverages, and games of chance and Carnival Rides and more fun for all ages.
This is a cash event as all vendors and games use real $$$, there is a ATM usually On site durring event.
However, we will have tap-to-pay options available for beer tickets only.
Best of all, our festival is FREE to attend, and there are no presale online tickets required!
Vendors and sponsors must register and pay through the Park Board by calling the city offices.

Festival Date and Times
Friday, August 7th & Saturday, August 8th from 6 PM to 12 AM both nights,
with fireworks at 10 PM on Saturday.
The WKRP In Cincinnati crew will be here 6-8 Saturday Night doing a live remote on air broadcast!

August 7 - Deer Park's very own Bud Troxell ( https://open.spotify.com/artist/7KLM2YnR90MEwYhe2r4HEo ) will warm up the crowd from 6-7:30 PM,
followed by the Billy Rock Band (https://billyrockmusic.com/) from 8 PM to 12 AM.
August 8 - Another local friend of the park, Marci Hedges, ( https://www.facebook.com/MarciHedgesMusic?)
will perform from 6-7:30 PM,
with the Cassette Junkies ( https://www.cassettejunkies.com/about) taking the stage from 8 PM to 12 AM.
Festival Rules:
- No coolers
- No outside beer/alcohol
- No outside food/drinks
- No large backpacks : clear small bags
- No pets
- Authorized drones only!
On-street parking is available, but please be courteous of neighbors' driveways and sidewalk access:
Plainfield Road and Blue Ash Road along the railroad. Additional handicap parking is available at the city building lot and the community center parking lot, though space is limited.
Pedestrian entrances include:
- St. Johns Terrace off Plainfield Road leading eastward to the park
- 7640 Plainfield Road, following park pathways to the center of the fields
- 7777 Blue Ash Road, using city building walkways or park paths to access the field
- 4243 Matson Road service alley walkway into the park, which is also the service road for vendor access.
All vehicles must be off the field by 5:30 PM as the Days In The Park Festival starts promptly at 6 PM!
Safety zones and areas closed to the public:
- Park paths from St. Johns to Blue Ash Road behind Diamond 1 will be closed and off-limits (Fireworks Zone)
- Park path behind tennis courts will be blocked off with no access
- Diamond 1 and the outfield are closed and off-limits (Fireworks Zone)
- Diamond 2 area and up onto Tracks is restricted, NO LOTTERING subject to removal by police.
- The lower playground will be a restricted area and closed!
- Areas behind booths and the stage are also restricted off-limit areas.
The Days In The Park Festival will have additional resources and security personnel on-site. Our volunteers and staff will wear ID lanyards for easy identification, ensuring a safe and enjoyable festival experience for our visitors, neighbors, and residents of Deer Park. Please remember to thank the men and women in blue who are working extra shifts and overtime to keep us safe while you enjoy the festivities! #SeeSomethingSaySomething
